Why We Exist...

We apply the same theory to sellers and strongly believe you shouldn't engage an agent without an independent inspection of their skills and processes to ensure you don't lose $10k, $20k, $50k or $100k PLUS on your sale"

Our founder Chris Bellesini has been a real estate educator since 2007. During his time in real estate he also works in sales and qualified as a fully licensed agent as well as working as an independent buyers advocate.

It was in that buyers advocate role that time and time again Chris' clients purchased for often more than $100k below what they were prepared to pay.

Whilst thrilled for his clients, he identified a huge gap in the market as sellers were being 'ripped off' and didn't even know it.

Too many agents simply follow a process to sell the property, but not a process to sell for the highest price.

That is why he created Agent Inspector to give sellers better information before they chose an agent and confidence through the sale with the support offered during this process.

   I sold a property 2 years ago and had a good experience with the agent but this time after consulting with Chris engaged him to help sell my most recent home. After background checks and thorough research the agent he selected got an amazing result within 3 weeks in a tough market.
